Duane Chapman, best known for his appearance on the reality show “Dog the Bounty Hunter,” first met Francie Frane six months after the death of his late wife Beth in June 2019. Like Duane, Frane had lost a partner.

In May 2020, they couple announced their engagement after Chapman proposed in their Colorado home. He set up a romantic scene with candles lit while Frane went to get some food. About the proposal, Frane said that it was “awesome” and that the “Dog’s Most Wanted” star won her heart over by telling her he didn’t want to spend a second without her. They tied the knot in 2021.
